Fixed Group Pty Ltd (ABN 31 153 874 438) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, your centre or business name, suburb, the service you are asking about and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending the form. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser for that purpose, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which phone links are tapped. This data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your details. Your enquiry is emailed to our office and stored in our business email system. We share information only with the people who need it to respond to you, or where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry emails are sent through Cloudflare and received by our Microsoft 365 email service.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@fixed.com.au or call 1300 134 933.
